<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit and a driving method for an active matrix organic EL display. <P>SOLUTION: This invention is applied to a display of a low-temperature polysilicon thin film transistor (LTPS-TFT) active matrix organic EL display drive circuit (AMOLED), improves a defect where time use efficiency is low in original digital driving technology, when data writing scan and deletion scan operations are executed, and reduces the number of devices which a scanning circuit in the known technology requires, by sharing one set of scanners, (two sets of scan drivers are required in the known technology, however, only one set of scan drivers are required in this invention), whereby manufacturing costs are reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
