<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposed type modular jack, with which a body and a cover can be coupled easily. <P>SOLUTION: Sliding the cover 3 along a front surface of the body 2 in the longitudinal direction, the body 2 are combined with the cover 3 to assemble the vessel 1. In the front of one end side of the body 2 in the longitudinal direction from which a cable 60 is led out, a temporary cable holding part 9 is arranged. Since it is possible to restrain the movement of the cable 60 by temporarily holding the cable 60 to the temporary cable holding part 9, when the body 2 is combined with the cover 3, there is no need to position the cable to a cable insertion hole 5 holding the cable by hand, and it is easier to couple the body 2 with the cover 3 than before. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
