SHOE FOR COMPRESSOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight and ensure strength of a shoe for a compressor formed by press working from a pipe cut to adequate dimension.

SOLUTION: The shoe for the compressor has an outer shape part 43 constituted by a substantially flat flat wall part 41 coming into slide-contact with a swash plate and a substantially semispherical curved wall part 42 coming into slide-contact with a shoe receiving part of a piston and a support part 44 provided from an inner side face of the flat wall part 41 to an inner side face of the curved wall part 42. An annular inner hollow part 45 is formed by the outer shape part 43 and the support part 44.
