<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially completely prevent a luminaire from lighting or being put out at unexpected times. <P>SOLUTION: A microcomputer 6 has a clock function, and is provided with a timer control function (answering mode) to generate a signal to control so as to light or put out the luminaire 2, when the set time is reached.
