PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of securely and inexpensively preventing batteries from being separated, without enlarging the cross section of the battery pack formed by combining cylindrical batteries. SOLUTION: This battery pack is provided with a battery block composed of a plurality of cylindrical batteries 1 adjoined to each other and arranged in parallel, and a spacer 2 each disposed between the cylindrical batteries 1, the both sides of which are formed into curved surfaces 3 in alignment with the cylindrical surface 19 of the cylindrical battery 1 and are fixed to the cylindrical surfaces 19 of the cylindrical batteries 1 by bonding them with an adhesive, and a tape-like holding part 10 having flexibility to fix the battery block by winding around its entire periphery with its one side used as an adhesive side.
