PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed board capable of preventing holes/red-eye of a soldered part due to flux/air vaporization/expansion upon mounting and soldering. SOLUTION: There is provided a vent hole 13 formed including a boundary of a region where an electrolytic capacitor 11 is mounted.
