摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an imaging system for ultraviolet rays which satisfactorily compensates distortion and chromatic aberration in 280 to 365nm ultraviolet area and allows a wide imaging range. SOLUTION: The imaging system for ultraviolet rays has at least two negative lenses and at least two positive lenses and satisfies conditional formulas -3<f/r1<0.5, 65<ν(ALL), and 0<ν<SB>330(P)</SB>-ν<SB>330(N)</SB><10, wherein f is the focal length of an entire system, r1 is the radius of curvature of a object-side surface of the first lens on the object side,ν(ALL) is the Abbe's number at d-line of lens materials of all lenses, andν<SB>330(P)</SB>is equal to (n<SB>330</SB>-1)/(n<SB>250</SB>-n<SB>365</SB>)n<SB>1</SB>wherein n<SB>1</SB>is the refractive index for light having a wavelength i(nm).
