PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing stably rotated even when a lubricating oil is not sufficient thereto in the pulley shaft supporting bearing of a belt type continuously variable transmission. SOLUTION: A porous material is used for a retainer 23 forming rolling bearings 3a, 3b, 6a, and 6b for supporting both input and output side rotating shafts 1 and 2.
