PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake control device having a reduced manufacturing cost and improved developing efficiency by simplifying an interlocking mechanism for interlocking sub-throttle valves with main throttle valves. SOLUTION: At the end of a sub-throttle shaft 12 which is driven by an electric motor M and which has the sub-throttle valves 13a, 13b, a cam lever 15 is detachably arranged which has a cam face 15a. A driven lever 6 is arranged at the end of a main throttle shaft 3 which is driven by a driver and which has the main throttle valves 4a, 4b, and a roller 6e of the driven lever 6 is arranged facing the cam face 15a of the cam lever 15. When the sub-throttle valves 13a, 13b are fully opened, the driven lever 6 is rotated via the cam face 15a of the cam lever 15 and the roller 6e to open the main throttle valves 4a, 4b at a first idle opening.
