PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint portion connecting structure for use in a waterproof structure using waterproof sheets, which is excellent in waterproofing effect and rigidly connects joint portions of the waterproof sheets together through a simple method, and to provide a method of forming the joint portion connecting structure. SOLUTION: The joint portion connecting structure is formed of the waterproof sheets set on a substrate at predetermined intervals, fiber reinforcing members arranged in the gaps so as to block the same, and waterproof layers which is each formed by injecting and curing a cold setting sealing agent in an amount sufficient for filling each gap and the gap and a lower side edge of the gap and covering the fiber reinforcing member.
