PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser for dispensing powder paint. SOLUTION: The dispenser (10) includes an opening part (12) through which a coating material is dispensed, a coupling (16) for coupling the opening part (12) to a supply source (32) of the coating material to be dispensed and a shroud (60) for enclosing at least a portion of the dispenser.
