A front wheel driving device of a bicycle is provided to powerfully operate the bicycle by driving not only a back wheel but also a front wheel when the thrust of the bicycle needs to be increased and to improve health of drivers by supplying the rotational force to the front wheel of the bicycle through up-and-down rotational reciprocation of a handle according to the need. A front wheel driving device of a bicycle comprises a handle installed on one end of a bicycle head part(2) to move with up-and-down rotational reciprocation around the installed position; a wire(13) having one end combined with the handle and converting the up-and-down rotational reciprocation into the tension; wire supporting units(9, 11) supporting the wire drawn/loosened by the up-and-down rotational reciprocation; and a rotation converting member(30) connected with the other end of the wire to transmit the tension of the wire to the wheel of the bicycle. In the rotation converting member, one end of the wire is link-combined with the handle and the other end of the wire is link-combined with a pulley(35). A one-way bearing(33) loaded in the rotation converting member is integrated with the pulley and fitted with a hub(34). A rotation restoring spring(17) is also included between the pulley and a steering shaft(8). |
