An injection plug for injecting a liquid has a sleeve receiving base as a member that has a plate-like section in which a through-hole penetrating between the front face and the back face is provided and has a sleeve as a shaft body that has a hole penetrating along the axis and whose outer peripheral section is fitted in the through-hole, and the hole in the sleeve is an injection hole for injecting the liquid. The structure above enables to provide an injection plug having a high degree of freedom in production, excellent workability, and easiness to maintain accuracy; an injection valve in which the injection plug is assembled; and method of producing the same.
