<p>This invention describes a buoy with crew in water, it comprises a floating body (19), cabins (3) or seats (22) placed on the floating body (19), and ballast(s) (14) and or changeable ballast(s) (14') placed below the floating body (19), wherein a device which makes the buoy or the cabins (3) or seats (22) up or down or swing is mounted in or out of the floating body (19), this buoy is designed that in any imbalance state the buoy can automatically go back in positive floating state. This invention also describes the producing and using method of this buoy.</p> |
