PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor module wherein a weight-load will not be applied on a wiring substrate, with high reliability even in a using state with severe vibration. SOLUTION: The capacitor module is constituted of a constitution wherein a plurality of capacitors 16 are retained by pinching the cylindrical part thereof with a holder 17 provided with a plurality of receiving tube units, and a wiring substrate 18 is also fixed to a plurality of height regulating bosses 17a-17d provided on the holder 17 to integrate them.
