PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain occurrence of wave noises from a waterproof lighting device and a lighting fixture, secure continuity of grounding and reduce manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A first and a second lighting units 51, 52 are mounted on a substrate part 31 of a mounting unit 12. Side plate parts 32, 33 are raised on both sides of the substrate plate 31. Output lines 16e, 16f are disposed along one side plate part 32 and input lines 16a, 16b are disposed along the other side plate part 33. The mounting unit 12 is pressed into a tubular case body 21. The continuity of the grounding between the mounting unit 12 and the case body 21 is secured by peeling a film of the case body 21 by means of claw-shaped pressure welding parts 41 provided at the mounting unit 12.
