PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance strength against bending or torsion at the boundary part of a cover film and a metal layer of a flexible wiring board while sustaining flexibility and limiting a dimensional increase as much as possible. SOLUTION: The metal layer 12b of a flexible wiring board 12 is shaped wide or thick only in the vicinity of boundaries B1 and B2 exposed from a cover film 12a and a length H2 is increased gradually from an outer row toward an inner row at a part where the width or thickness is varied.
