PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste which provides a battery cell and a capacitor element with superior adhesiveness without heating, and a battery and an electric double-layer capacitor which the conductive paste provides with superior stability and reliability as the electrical properties, and to provide a method for manufacturing the battery and the electric double-layer capacitor which uses the conductive paste. SOLUTION: The conductive paste has (A) one among rubber-based, acrylic, and silicone-based organic binders, (B) a conductive filler material, and (C) a tackifier as indispensable components.
