PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device for tape carrier for semiconductor device that can prevent a tape carrier for semiconductor device from being damaged and makes a tape reel easily installed and removed. SOLUTION: A tension is applied to a spacer 7 fed from a spacer feeding reel due to the weight of a weight roll 56 which moves downward along a guide groove 57a. A TAB tape 6 is wound by means of the spacer 7 in a pressed state at a portion near the site at which the spacer 7 is wound in a state where no tension is applied. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
