PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit respective facsimile equipment constituting an electronic mail communication system to mutually refer to communication history information at every user. SOLUTION: A communication history information managing part 22 at every user is installed in a server 21 which is connected to the Internet 20, and transmits and receives an electronic mail. The mail is transmitted/received among Internet FAX equipment (A), (B) and (C) connected to LAN 23 through the server 20. Devices on a transmission side and a reception side access the communication history information managing part 22 in the server 21 by using URL.
