PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can distinguish and report the presence of radio interference. SOLUTION: A Security ECU and a radio set of a vehicle 1 issue the alarm that the radio interference occurs (step 325) until security mode is canceled, when security mode is ON, Ec/Io grows worse, and electric field intensity (RSSI) is abnormal (step 315,320).
