PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator without increasing of costs and with improved insulation efficiency, preventing decreasing of filling performance of polyurethane foam and satisfactorily keeping the rigidity and strength of a cabinet by effectively arranging a vacuum insulation panel onto the insulation space of the cabinet. SOLUTION: The vacuum insulation panel 1 formed by containing a glass wool mat in a glass barrier container 1b as a core material 1a and by making the inner part a panel body by evacuation is applied onto the inner surface of the insulation space of the refrigerator cabinet 5, and the polyurethane foam 8 is foamed/filled in the remaining space for burying.
