PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom air conditioner capable of improving the operability and safety in executing maintenance works such as inspecting and replacing a control unit 2, in a bathroom air conditioner main body 1 comprising a bathroom-side heat exchanger 13 where the hot water from a water heater flows, a bathroom circulating fan 14 for circulating the air in the bathroom through the bathroom-side heat exchanger 13, and the control unit 2 accommodating a circuit for controlling the operating motion of the bathroom air conditioner main body, and mounted in a state of being fitted in a mounting hole formed on a ceiling of the bathroom. SOLUTION: This bathroom air conditioner has the control unit 2 mounted on a side face of the bathroom air conditioner main body 1 faced to an inspection port side formed on the ceiling of the bathroom.
