PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Al-Si eutectic alloy having an Al-Si eutectic in a gruel-like solidified state. SOLUTION: The Al-Si eutectic alloy comprises 9 to 13 mass% of Si and Al as the main component with respect to 100 mass% of the entire alloy, and has a complex eutectic structure having eutectic grains made of the Al-Si eutectic dispersed in an eutectic matrix made of the Al-Si eutectic. The Al-Si eutectic alloy has excellent casting property without having uneven distribution in the component composition, and has a large amount of Si, which results in excellent strength, wear resistance, heat resistance or the like.
