PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer composition having good softness, extrusion moldability, surface gloss and scratch resistance. SOLUTION: The styrenic thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises (a) a block copolymer composed of a polymer block of a styrenic compound and a copolymer block of the styrenic compound with a conjugated diene and having≥50,000 and≤100,000 weight-average molecular weight and/or its hydrogenated block copolymer, (b) an olefinic resin, (c) a softener for hydrocarbon-based rubbers and (d) a block copolymer, composed of a polymer block of a styrenic compound and a polymer block of a conjugated diene and having≥80,000 and≤100,000 weight-average molecular weight, in which a ratio of 1,2-conjugate occupied in a unit derived from a conjugated diene is≥20% and≤50% and/or its hydrogenated block copolymer.
