PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-like container which prevents the spill of a content when pouring the content of the bag-like container into a bottle container or the like and enables stable pouring of the content. SOLUTION: The bag-like container 10 is formed by sealing together the edges of front/back flexible packaging materials. The bag 10 has a trunk 11 filled with a content, and a nozzle 16, which branches out from either of the front/back portions of the trunk 11 and has the front edge that forms a spout 19 for the content. At both sides of the trunk 11, recessions 20 are formed below a branch line 21 for the nozzle 16, and the container 10 is held by hooking fingers in the recession 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
