PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bamboo fiber sheet molded using a hairy bamboo fiber material obtained by fibrillating a bamboo raw material at least through a boiling and heating process and suppressed in blackening discoloration, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The bamboo raw material 1 is used and, in a splitting process S1, first, the bamboo raw material split and cut into a predetermined dimension is ensured and, in a next boiling and heating process S2, the split and cut bamboo raw material is pressed and boiled in boiling water under a predetermined temperature and pressure condition. Next, the boiled bamboo raw material is immediately transferred to a fibrillation process S3 to ensure the hairy bamboo fiber material 2 and the hairy bamboo fiber material is subsequently molded by a hot press so as to have an optional thickness and an optional shape in a thermocompression molding process S4 to ensure the bamboo fiber sheet 3.
