PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly productive system for manufacturing various flexible tubes in a minimum quantity at a low cost, taking the working environment into consideration, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The system 200 for manufacturing the flexible tube for the endoscope using a coating coiled tube 2 is characterized by a coating coiled tube feeding means 5 with a plurality of the coating coiled tubes 2 connected and wound for feeding the coating coiled tubes 2, a solvent applying means 8 for applying a solvent to the fed coating coiled tubes 2, a drying means 18 for drying the solvent applied to the coating coiled tubes by the solvent applying means 8, a synthetic resin forming means 20 for coating the coating coiled tubes 2 dried by the drying means 18 with shell resin, a guide means 19 for guiding the plurality of coating coiled tubes 2 to the solvent applying means 8, the drying means 18 and the synthetic resin forming means 20; and the system is controlled so that motions of the coating coiled tube feeding means 5, the solvent applying means 8, the drying means 18, the synthetic resin forming means 20 and the guide means 19 are continuously performed.
