The invention relates to a fastening device for fastening a distributing element (3) onto an opening (41) of a fluid product reservoir (4). The inventive device has a symmetrical axis (X) and comprises a fastening ring (1; 1') provided with receiving means (113) for the distributing element (3) and with fastening means (12) on the opening of the reservoir. Said ring has an outer peripheral wall (111, 121) and a band (2; 2') mounted on the ring in a manner that blocks the ring on the opening of the reservoir. This band has an inner wall (21) for coming into contact with the outer wall of the ring. The inventive device is characterized in that the outer wall of the ring is provided with at least one seat (114; 114') and the inner wall (21) of the band is provided with at least one projecting profile (24; 24', 24 ) for engaging inside the seat of the ring.
