<p>In a Roberval section (1), a load support (3) is connected to a base (2) through parallel link members (4, 5), the latter being interconnected by flexures (6). Bias placement error adjusting levers (11, 12) are disposed side by side on opposite sides of the top of the base (2), and the base (2) and the levers (11, 12) are interconnected by pivots (13). When rotary adjusting bolts (18) threadedly fitted in the power points (11a, 12a) of the levers (11, 12) are turned to vary the distances between the power points (11a, 12a) and the base (2), the displacement is transmitted to action point ends (11b, 12b) connected to the vicinities of the flexures (6), applying bias force to the flexures (6), so that their heights are separately displaced, thereby making a bias placement error adjustment.</p> |
