A waste supply device for an incinerator is provided to feed waste of great bulk to the incinerator through a waste feed drum without preliminary cutting work, and to prevent hot air of the incinerator from flowing into the waste feed drum. A waste supply device for an incinerator comprises a waste feeding hopper(10); a waste feed drum(20) having a waste feeding port(21) connected to the waste feeding hopper, and a waste discharge port(22) connected to the incinerator; a waste crusher(80) installed to crush waste fed to the waste feeding hopper; a waster-cutting unit(30) cutting waste crushed by the waste crusher and fed to the waste feed drum; a waste pusher(40) slidably installed to the inside of the waste feeding drum, to push waste to the waste discharge port during advance and to supply the waste to the incinerator; a discharge port-opening and closing panel(50) installed to the outside of the waste feeding drum, to open and close the waste discharge port; and a driving unit(55) driving the waste pusher and the discharge port-opening and closing panel.
