GREEN SHEET COMPOSITION FOR REAR SUBSTRATE OF PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL AND FORMATION METHOD OF BARRIER RIBS USING THE SAME

A green sheet composition and a method for forming barrier ribs are provided to achieve improved bonding force between a metal substrate and a green sheet by minimizing the deflection of the green sheet after baking. A green sheet composition comprises a glass powder, a plasticizer, a binder, an additive, and a filler. The filler is contained by 0.3 to 3 wt.% with respect to the weight of the glass powder contained in the green sheet composition. The glass powder is contained by 50 to 80 wt.%, the plasticizer is contained by 5 to 20 weight%, the binder is contained by 5 to 20 wt.%, and the additive is contained by 0 to 5 wt.%.
