<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hysteresis-detecting method and a hysteresis detection circuit, capable of outputting a result of discrimination of one value, independently of an input voltage in an initial state until reference voltages are stabilized from a start point of time with a small scale, while maintaining low power consumption, the hysteresis-detecting method having the two reference voltages, and to provide the output of a result of binary discrimination, and to provide a mobile unit employing the hysteresis detection. <P>SOLUTION: The hysteresis-detecting method, employing the two reference voltages Vref1, Vref2 with respect to an input voltage provides an output of binary discrimination, depending on whether the input voltage Vin is higher or lower than the reference voltages Vref1, Vref2 and fixes the reference voltages Vref1, Vref2 to one reference voltage, independently of the input voltage Vin in the initial state of start of detection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
