PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on a user at delivery of an album form of contents.

SOLUTION: A user 100 performs an album content purchase operation to listen to or view album content (A30). A content server 600 requested to deliver the first content returns the requested content (A32). A terminal 500 receiving the first content delivery acquires a license for the first content (A33, A35). The content and the license are bound together in the terminal 500. A license server 700 executes processing necessary to charge/clear a fee for the album content to a charging/settlement server 800, and the charging/settlement server 800 executes charging/settlement processing accordingly (A39). The charged items are not only the first content but also all the content packaged in the album content. All the other content of the album is then downloaded.
