PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance variety and taste in guiding a game ball to a special win area when the game ball enters in a variable win device having a special win area and a regular win area in a game machine. SOLUTION: A recessed chamber 32 in the variable win device 3 is disposed with a floor plate member 33c for rolling the game ball flowing therein in its lower part, and a special win area 32b and a regular win area 32a in its upper part. The recessed chamber 32 is disposed with a lift 8 lifting the game ball on the floor plate member 33c to the upper part special win area 32b. The lift 8 is provided with a first rotating drum 81 having a magnet 83 attracting the game ball and a second rotating drum 82 covering its outside. The magnet 83 attracts the game ball with the second rotating drum 82 interposed therebetween. The lift 8 lifts the game ball while rotating the second rotating drum 82 in a rotation mode different from that of the first rotating drum 81 with the game ball attracted on the surface of the second rotating drum 82.
