PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device which keeps human body washing nozzles clean, and always provides the safe and comfortable washing of the human body. SOLUTION: The sanitary washing device has the human body washing nozzles 18, 19 for spouting washing water for washing the human body, and a high-temperature washing and disinfecting means 58 for high-temperature washing and disinfecting outside surfaces of ejection ports 44, 45 of the respective nozzles with hot water at a temperature of 45 to 70°C. Further the human body washing nozzles contain antibacterial materials therein. In this manner the sanitary washing device continuously, easily, and readily ensures its cleanliness, and therefore a person of neat paranoiac can use the device without anxiety.
