PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film resistance thermometer sheet, which have superior durability and can be repeatedly used even in a hot press process being carried out under a high temperature and high pressure condition. SOLUTION: The thermometer sheet is provided with at least a base layer made up of a heat-resistant sheet-like insulating material, and a laminated sheet made up of a heat-resistant sheet-like resistive film layer whose electric resistance varies in accordance with its temperature. The laminated sheet has a terminal section for external connection at its end section, and the resistive film layer has a temperature-sensitive resistor section and a thin film lead section, which are surrounded by an insulating section formed by removing a portion of an area in the resistive film layer other than the section where the temperature-sensitive resistor section and the thin film lead section are made up. The temperature-sensitive resistor section is in a continuous geometry ranging from its start edge to its end edge, and the thin film lead section connects the terminal section to the start edge and the end edge of the temperature-sensitive resistor section.
