FUEL SUPPLY DEVICE OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fuel leakage from a fuel injection valve after stop of an operation and prevent vapor generation. SOLUTION: In a fuel supply passage 3 for supplying fuel inside a fuel tank 1 to the fuel injection valve 4 by a fuel pump 2, a bypass passage 8 which bypasses the fuel supply passage 3 to return the fuel to the fuel tank 1 is arranged. An opening/closing valve 9 of solenoid type and a pressure regulation mechanism 10 for regulating a fuel pressure to be a predetermined fuel pressure (a pressure higher than an atmospheric pressure but lower than the fuel pressure at operating) are provided on the bypass passage 8, and at an engine operation stopping, the opening/closing valve 9 is opened in a predetermined time to reduce the fuel pressure inside the fuel supply passage 3 to be the predetermined fuel pressure by the fuel regulation mechanism 10.
