PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel forming a free access floor such as an OA office or the like excellent in easy formation, economic efficiency, and uniform load carrying property and further easy in handleability and excellent in workability. SOLUTION: The floor panel is constituted of an upper face plate 2 formed of rectangular steel plates forming a floor face and steel pipes 4, 6 having a rectangular sectional shape dividing the rear face 3 into four rectangular demarcations (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d ), arranged in a shape surrounding along the vicinity of respective sides of the upper face plate at the rear face 3 of the upper face plate 2, and arranging in a crisscross shape in the surrounded inside and fixed respectively.
