PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper passing device in a frame change of a raw fabric roll capable of easily performing initial paper passing even when the paper width is large, when paper passing is performed in the frame change of the raw fabric roll. SOLUTION: The paper passing device grips a paper end between a guide roller and a feed belt in the frame change of the raw fabric roll and allows the initial paper passing.
