PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gusset bag, which allows a stored article to be easily taken out while standing by the bag itself, and closes an outlet opening easily and certainly to preserve the article yet allows the article to be taken out repeatedly. SOLUTION: The gusset bag 10 comprises a pair of front/rear front faces 14, a pair of left/right side fold-in parts 15, which can be folded toward the inside of both front faces 14, respectively, and the outlet opening 11 on the top of the gusset bag 10, which is opened while the bag 10 keeps standing by itself to take out a powder detergent 30 stored in the bag 10. On each fold-in part 15, a linear member 18 capable of plastic deformation is formed in such a way that the linear member 18 is folded at a folding centerline 16 and extends slantly from the centerline 16 toward respective standing sides 17 at both sides, where the front faces 14 connect to the side fold-in parts 15 to form a V shape.
