PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buggy capable of relieving the shock even if an engaging hook abuts to engaging projections at the time of changing over a hand-push rod into the counter-surface pushing condition or the back surface pushing condition. SOLUTION: The hand-push rod of this buggy can be changed over selectively into the back surface pushing condition and the counter-surface pushing condition. The hand-push rod 15 is furnished with the engaging hook 37 to be engaged selectively with the engaging projection 38a or 38b provided at the front side part and the rear side part of the buggy body when the rod 15 is in the bach surface pushing condition or in the counter-surface pushing condition, and a soft material piece 39 is attached to at least the tip in the swinging direction of the engaging hook 37.
