PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut-off driver detecting cutting-off of a locking release clutch without contact through an acceleration pulse generated during releasing locking, and preventing a failure as a result of a mechanical switch actuation. SOLUTION: A sensor 36 responding to the acceleration pulse generated when the locking release clutch 22 is cut off is provided on the cut-off device 26.
