PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining control device of a machining center, reducing the machining time by eliminating loss time until machining is started after starting the next process tool. SOLUTION: In this machining control device of a machining center, a turret 20 having two or more tools T is provided on a turret base 5. Tool driving motors 33a to 33f for independently driving the tools Ta to Tf to rotate are respectively provided on each tool, whereby during the rotating drive of the tool Ta in the machining process, the tool Td in the next process is started to rotated, and the turret head 20 is indexed so that the tool Td in the next process reaches the machining position to perform machining in the next process.
