PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exothermic sheet capable of obtaining high exothermic characteristics though it is thin in thickness. SOLUTION: This exothermic sheet contains a metal capable of being oxidized, a water retaining agent, and a fibrous material, and is one sheet-shape body 2 with a number of holes 20. It is preferable that another sheet-shape body containing the metal capable of being oxidized and the water retaining agent but has no hole 20 is provided. It is also preferable that the other sheet-shape body is laminated on the surface of the one sheet-shape body.
