The method for producing a base for a tomato soup consists of placing divided tomatoes into a container, covering them primarily with water, heating the resultant product slowly up to 70 [deg]C, letting it to cool and draw, and finally pouring it off. Independent claims are also included for (a) a resultant base for a tomato soup (b) a tomato soup produced from such a base. |
