A polymer blend that includes a non-polar olefin polymer, a block copolyamide having a hydrophilic moiety and a compatibilizing polymer may be used as a singly ply film, one or more plies of a multi-ply film or a component of a fabric reinforced laminate structure. The film and laminate structure are suitable for use in a variety of application including housewraps, foam facers and underlayments.
