A solid image pick-up apparatus is provided to prevent deterioration of image quality in case that an image pick-up pixel part is formed by pixels different from each other, thereby obtaining good image quality regardless of a miniature of a pixel. A plurality of pixels(110A,110B) that include an imaging pixel area are arrayed on an image pick-up pixel part in two dimensions. The image pick-up pixel part includes pixels of different structures. A color filter(120) is placed on the image pick-up pixel part correspondingly to each pixel and comprised of color component filters of many colors which supply certain color component light to the imaging pixel area. Each color component filter of the color filter is placed correspondingly to a pixel having a common structure for each color component. |
