A system for automatically creating a pop-up window is provided to determine a text for an event or guide by an automatic register on a predetermined homepage and automatically service the pop-up window. A company displays desired pop-up images for a member according to classification. A user joins to a member, searches the images, and selects a desired image to insert into a user homepage from sources provided from the company. The company inserts a public relation text into the selected pop-up image and inputs an application date.
