An integrated e-diagnostics system of various equipments through networks and a controlling method thereof are provided to periodically collect/analyze data regardless of different data input/output methods and data types, thereby improving all processes of equipment while supplying an integrated control environment. Data processors(20) exchange input/output data values for receiving operational data from equipments(10) and transmitting control data for controlling the equipments(10) to the equipments(10). A central monitoring server(60) receives data processed in the data processors(20) An integrated server(40) processes/analyzes data according to various kinds of output terminals(50). The output terminals(50) receive processed information from the integrated server(40), and use the received information. The data processors(20), the central monitoring server(60), the integrated server(40), and the output terminals(50) are constructed through networks(30).
